You get a written document, prepared from the birth details you give us and emailed to you as a PDF. It is yours to keep, print and pass on.
Each reading says how far ahead it reads, how long it runs and how many questions it answers.
Purchasers are 18 or over. A reading for a child is bought by a parent and addressed to the parent.
You can order for another adult: give their birth details and the reading is prepared about them.
A reading is as accurate as the details given. Birth time matters most. If you mark yours approximate, the document says so and holds the timing loosely.
If a reading does not reach you, we send it again, to a different address if you prefer. Once it reaches your inbox it is delivered.
If your reading will take longer than usual, you receive an email saying so.
Stripe takes the payment and is the seller of record for it, so your receipt comes from Stripe, and your card details stay with Stripe. Prices include all taxes, and your local currency shows at checkout.
One discount code per order. A code you hold replaces whatever offer is running on the site.
Your reading or Muhurtam — the chosen hour — starts the moment you submit it. A refund is made when it is never produced.
If we do not produce your reading or Muhurtam — the chosen hour — we refund you in full.
If you are buying from the United Kingdom or the European Union, you normally get fourteen days to cancel a distance purchase. Digital content delivered straight away is exempt, as long as you ask us to start at once and accept that you give that right up. You confirm that on the payment page before we take a card. Your refund stands if we never produce your reading.
If your palm photographs cannot support a reading after two tries with our guidance, we refund that add-on.
A chargeback on a delivered reading is answered by Stripe with our delivery record. A resend is the quicker route and costs nothing.
Every reading comes with one free correction, good for thirty days. It covers a birth detail we wrote down wrongly, a misspelled name, an imprecise place, or a passage you would like phrased more clearly.
A different date, city or person is a different chart, and that is a new reading at its own price.
Moving up to a fuller reading of the same chart is different: we take what you already paid off the price. The credit comes with your reading, as a code that is yours alone and lasts thirty days.
A Jatakapatra interprets a birth chart under the rules of classical jyotishya. Take it for reflection and planning. It is not medical, legal or financial advice, and it does not replace a professional in any of those fields.
Read it as counsel, not as a guarantee. What you decide, and how it turns out, is yours.
Health is read as care and timing.
Where a reading compares two or more charts, it says where they fit and where they differ. The decision to marry stays with the families, and the score is guidance.
A Muhurtam, the chosen hour, names the windows in your dates that pass the classical rules for the event you chose, with the reasons for each. It is the traditional election of a time, offered for your planning. It is not advice, and the date you choose is yours.
We collect what the order form asks for. Your details stay with Jatakapatra. We use Meta and Google measurement tags to see which of our advertisements bring people here; they record the pages you visit on this site and whether you ordered, and your birth details stay with us.
If you add a palm reading, we keep your photographs in private storage no one else can open, and delete them within thirty days of delivery. Ask sooner and we delete them that day.
A review is published only with the reviewer's consent, and it can be taken down at any time.
To have your data erased, email support@jatakapatra.com from the address you ordered with, using the word DELETE and your reference. Within three working days we erase your details, questions and photographs, and confirm what went. Keep your PDF: after that we no longer hold the details behind it.
Please do not resell a reading, publish it as your own work, or use it to train or build a competing service.
The free Darshanam — the five-week reading — is one per person.
The laws of the State of Texas, United States govern these terms. If you are a consumer elsewhere, this does not take away rights your own country gives you that cannot be signed away.
