Timings. Your reading names what is coming and when, question by question, and opens with the years you have already lived.

Give it as closely as you know and mark it approximate. The reading holds time-sensitive statements more loosely and tells you which they are.

Choose your country and state, then type the village. If the list does not find it, add the postal or PIN code and the chart is cast for that area; without a code it is cast for the middle of the state. Either way your reading says so — reply to the delivery email with the exact village and it is recast.

Each year your road is moved forward: the chapter you are in and the next twelve months, month by month. It renews each year — $8.99 a year until you stop it, you can cancel anytime. You receive an email before each renewal, and a single line to support@jatakapatra.com cancels it.

As a PDF in your email within an hour, at the address you order with. It is yours to keep, print and pass on. Check the spelling when you order, because that address is where it is sent.

Send any birth detail you would like changed within thirty days and the reading is updated at no charge — that is your correction pass. It covers a birth time you have since checked, the spelling of a name, a place made more exact, or a passage you would like phrased more clearly. A different date, a different city or a different person is a different chart, so that is a new reading at its own price rather than a correction. Moving up to a fuller reading of the same chart is different: there, what you already paid comes off the price. We send you a credit for the full amount with your reading, and it stands for thirty days — the same thirty days as your correction, so there is one date to remember and not two. One code applies to an order, so use whichever saves you more.

Your reading begins the moment you submit it and is written for you alone, so the five-week Darshanam is free and the full sample is published for you to see first. A refund is made in full when your reading is never produced. A reading that does not reach you is resent, free and as often as you need, to another address if you like.

Yes. Your details stay with Jatakapatra, held privately and used to prepare your reading. Write to support@jatakapatra.com with the word DELETE and your reference, and within three working days your details, questions and photographs are erased.
